The Results section presents data in logical order, typically following the sequence of methods. Organize by: participant flow (with CONSORT/STROBE flow diagram), baseline characteristics, primary outcome results, secondary outcome results, and subsidiary analyses (subgroup, sensitivity). Present data as text, tables, and figures strategically: text summarizes key findings, tables show detailed data, figures illustrate trends. Report effect sizes with CIs, not just p-values. Address missing data and dropout. Use subheadings matching those in Methods. Present results neutrally without causal language or speculation. Report actual (not intended) enrollment and analysis.
